TRADZE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tradze mobile application (the “App”).
The App is operated by Tradze [TRADZE TECH-FZCO], a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered office at:

(“Tradze”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Tradze provides services to users located in the United Kingdom.

is an affiliated group company providing administrative and support services in the United Kingdom. Your contract is solely with Tradze [TRADZE TECH-FZCO].
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law.
2. Nature of the Platform
Tradze is an online marketplace platform that facilitates introductions between:
Customers seeking skilled trade services; and
Independent tradespeople offering services.
Tradze:
Is not a provider of trade services;
Is not a contractor, employer, or agent of tradespeople;
Does not supervise or control the performance of services;
Does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of services performed.
All service contracts are formed directly between the customer and the tradesperson.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or safety concerns.
5. Tradesperson Obligations
Tradespeople represent and warrant that they:
Hold all necessary licences and qualifications;
Maintain appropriate public liability insurance;
Comply with applicable UK laws and regulations;
Provide accurate and truthful profile information.
Tradze may conduct verification checks but does not guarantee completeness or ongoing validity.
6. Payments and Fees
Where Tradze facilitates payments:
Tradze collects payments on behalf of tradespeople;
Tradespeople appoint Tradze as their limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payment from customers;
Payment made by a customer to Tradze satisfies the customer’s payment obligation to the tradesperson.
Tradze may deduct applicable service or platform fees before remitting funds.
Payment processing may be provided by regulated third-party payment providers.
Tradze is not responsible for disputes relating to the quality or performance of services provided by tradespeople.
7. Rapid Response Services, Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Emergency and Rapid Response Bookings
Tradze operates a rapid-response system for urgent and emergency service requests.
By confirming an emergency or urgent booking through the App, you:
Expressly request immediate performance of the service;
Acknowledge that a tradesperson may be allocated and dispatched immediately;
Accept that preparation and travel may begin without delay.
7.2 No Refund Once Dispatched
Once a tradesperson has accepted the booking and is en route to your location, the service shall be deemed to have commenced.
If you cancel after a tradesperson has been dispatched:
You will not be entitled to a refund of any call-out fee, emergency response fee, or booking fee;
Tradze may retain its applicable platform or service charges;
The tradesperson may be entitled to reasonable compensation for time, allocation, and travel.
This reflects the immediate allocation of resources under Tradze’s rapid-response system.
7.3 Call-Out Fees
Where applicable, a call-out or emergency response fee represents the cost of allocating and dispatching a tradesperson.
Such fees are non-refundable once the tradesperson has been assigned and dispatched.
All fees will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation of booking.
7.4 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
or the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where you request emergency services and expressly consent to immediate performance, your statutory right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has begun or may be subject to a proportionate charge for work undertaken.
If a tradesperson fails to attend or the service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable law.
8. Reviews and Content
Users may submit reviews that are accurate and not misleading or defamatory.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the above:
Tradze shall not be liable for:
The acts or omissions of tradespeople;
Workmanship, delays, or property damage caused by tradespeople;
Indirect or consequential loss;
Loss of profit or business.
Tradze’s total liability shall not exceed the total platform fees paid to Tradze in the preceding 12 months.
10. Insurance and Risk
Tradespeople are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance.
Customers acknowledge that trade services may involve inherent risks.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, safety, or legal compliance reasons.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App belongs to Tradze or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the
UK General Data Protection Regulation.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent.
Tradze may assign these Terms within its corporate group or in connection with a sale or restructuring.
17. Third-Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any provision under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
